How does the trial work?

Create an account
With your KvK number and VAT ID. You link your bank account with a €0.01 iDEAL payment; you get it back.
Try Professional for 14 days
With the features of Professional. Text messages and WhatsApp switch on once your subscription runs.
Your subscription starts, or you cancel
After your trial we collect the plan you chose by SEPA direct debit. A few days before, we email you the date and the amount. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Pricing questions

What happens after the 14 days?

A few days before the end you get an email with the date and the amount, and the app shows how many trial days you have left. On the last day we collect the plan you chose from the bank account you linked at signup; you can still change your plan until then. Cancel before that day and we collect nothing. We don't delete your data.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, in your account. A bigger plan works straight away; the new price applies from your next payment, without proration. A smaller plan starts at the end of your period.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. You cancel a monthly plan by the month; a yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year.

What if my team grows?

Then you move to a bigger plan: Starter up to 3, Professional up to 10, and Business unlimited. Within your plan you never pay per team member. You can move to a smaller plan once your team fits in it.

Why are prices shown excl. VAT?

Salonpiloot is business software; the VAT is on your invoice. Under every price you also see the amount incl. VAT.

How do I pay for the subscription?

The first time you pay with iDEAL; after that we collect automatically by SEPA direct debit.
