What is Salonpiloot?

Salonpiloot is salon software for hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons in the Netherlands. Online booking, calendar, point of sale, client profiles, reminders and your own salon website are in one system. You pay a fixed price per salon and never commission. Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my clients if I switch?
No. You import your clients with an export (CSV or Excel), for example from Salonized, Treatwell, or Fresha. Your clients and your future appointments come along; past visits don't come along yet.
Will I still get new clients without a booking platform?
Yes. Salonpiloot gives you your own salon website that can be found in Google, and from Professional the AI receptionist also books in the evening and at the weekend. You can keep Treatwell, without a link between the two: you put those bookings in your calendar yourself.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Salonpiloot works in your browser, on your computer and on your phone. You pick a website design, add your treatments and share your booking link.
Are there extra costs, for example for texts?
Every plan includes a fixed number of texts a month: 100 with Starter, 250 with Professional, and 600 with Business. Texts switch on once your subscription runs. Mollie charges its own fee for iDEAL deposits; Salonpiloot charges no commission.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel a monthly plan by the month; a yearly plan runs until the end of the paid year.
What happens after the 14 free days?
After your trial we collect the plan you chose at signup from the bank account you linked then. A few days before, you get an email with the date and the amount, and until then you can still change your plan. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. We never delete your data.
What about the GDPR?
You get a data processing agreement, and you record consent per client and per channel. How you use the data remains your responsibility as a salon.
