Switching from Treatwell

  1. Export your clients

    Salonpiloot reads a CSV or Excel file (.csv or .xlsx), up to 10 MB and 20,000 rows.

  2. Import into Salonpiloot

    Upload the file under Clients → Import and choose Treatwell as the source. You see duplicates and empty fields before anything is saved.

  3. Put your booking link online

    On Instagram, in your Google profile and on your own Salonpiloot site.

How do I get new clients without Treatwell?
Through your own salon website, which can be found in Google, your booking link on Instagram and in your Google profile, and from Professional the AI receptionist on your site, which also makes appointments in the evening and at the weekend. Salonpiloot doesn't bring marketplace clients itself.
Can I bring my clients from Treatwell?
Yes. You import them from a CSV or Excel export; client import is in every plan. Your clients and your upcoming appointments come along, past visits not yet.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. Client import is in every plan and there are no setup costs. Stuck? Email us and we'll look at it with you.
Can I keep Treatwell next to Salonpiloot?
You can keep Treatwell, without a connection: you put those bookings in your calendar yourself.
