    On your own website, or as a link in your bio and messages. Without a website, you share the link to your booking page.

  3. Appointments appear in your calendar

    Only at times that are really free, with a reminder to your client.

What the calendar does

  • Online booking on your own website

    Clients choose the treatment, team member and time on your site or booking link. No platform in between, no fee per booking.

  • Drag and move

    Drag an appointment to another time or team member. The length stays the same and your client gets a message about it.

  • No double bookings

    Drag an appointment to a time that's already taken, or into a break or day off, and the calendar says so straight away and the appointment stays put.

  • A schedule per team member

    Working days, breaks, days off and the treatments someone does, per person. Online booking follows the schedule.

  • Track no-shows

    Mark an appointment as a No-show. On the client profile you see how often someone didn't turn up.

  • Your appointments in your own calendar

    Your appointments appear in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. It works one way: appointments you create there don't block time in Salonpiloot.

    Long treatments such as a balayage, or a combination such as Cut + colour, show as one block with the total length.

    Short appointments for fades, beards and clipper cuts, each barber in their own column.

Per treatment you can ask for a deposit when clients book online: a fixed amount or a percentage of the price.
Calendar sync
The sync works one way: your Salonpiloot appointments appear in your own calendar. You create and change appointments in Salonpiloot.

Group bookings, several treatments in one appointment, two-way sync, and clients rescheduling themselves through a link.

Questions about the calendar

Can clients book with a specific team member?
Yes. When booking online in Salonpiloot, your client chooses a team member, or “No preference” for the first free time with whoever is in. If your client chooses a team member, they only see the times that person is free.
What if someone is ill?
Add a day off to that team member's schedule. Online booking then closes for that day. You drag existing appointments to a colleague in Salonpiloot; your client gets a message about it.
Can a client cancel or reschedule themselves?
Not through the confirmation. With the AI receptionist (from Professional), a client can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours ahead, if you switch that on. Otherwise your client contacts the salon.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The Salonpiloot calendar works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer.
What happens to appointments from my old system?
Salonpiloot imports your upcoming appointments from a CSV or Excel export of your old system. Your past visit history doesn't come along yet.
