    It uses the same calendar, working hours and booking rules as online booking. Your client picks a free time with a button and confirms it; a time that isn't free can't be offered.

    If it doesn't know something, it notes the question and how your client can be reached, and emails you.

  • You see what it did

Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. Every AI can get things wrong, Salonpiloot's included. That's why it can only offer times that are really free in your calendar, and your client confirms the appointment themselves. It is set up to only mention prices from your treatments and not to give medical advice. If it's unsure, it notes the question and emails you.
Does it speak English too?
Yes. The Salonpiloot AI receptionist speaks Dutch and English: if your client writes in English, it answers in English.
What happens to the conversations?
Salonpiloot deletes a conversation 31 days after it started, and a handed-over question after 90 days. You see every handed-over question and every appointment it booked; you don't read back the conversations themselves. You get a data processing agreement.
Does it answer the phone, or WhatsApp?
No. The Salonpiloot AI receptionist works in the chat on your website. Your phone and WhatsApp stay as they are.
