  • Consent per channel

    Per client you see, per channel and per type of message, whether there's consent, with its date and source. Messages only go through channels your client consented to.

  • Search by name or phone number

    Type part of the name, the email address or the number, such as 06 12345678 or +31 6 1234 5678.

  • Loyalty points, from Professional

    Clients collect points at checkout; the balance is on the profile.

  • Collect reviews

    Switch on your review requests and Salonpiloot asks for a review after an appointment, only from clients who consented to it. The review then appears on the profile.

  • Export your client list

    As the owner you download your client list as CSV, even when your account is read-only.

Who sees what
Owner, manager and front desk see all clients; team members only their own clients. Only the owner can export.

Medical details
You don't write medical details, such as allergies or conditions, in the notes. Salonpiloot asks you this in the app too.

Questions about client profiles

How does Salonpiloot help with the GDPR?
You get a data processing agreement, and you record consent per client and per channel. Per client you can view and erase the data. How you use the data remains your responsibility as a salon.
How does consent for messages work?
Per client you record in Salonpiloot, per channel, whether they want email, text messages or WhatsApp, separately for appointment messages and for news and offers. Messages only go through channels your client consented to. Unsubscribing goes through the salon: you switch the channel off.
Can I export my clients?
Yes. As the owner you download your client list from Salonpiloot as CSV, even when your account is read-only. Notes aren't included in the export.
Who can see the notes?
Only people with an account in your salon; clients don't see your notes. Owner, manager and front desk see all clients, team members only their own clients.
