Do I have to use everything?
No. You switch on the website, deposits, text messages, the loyalty programme, review requests and the AI receptionist yourself in Salonpiloot. What you don't use, you leave off.
Does it work on my phone and tablet?
Yes. Salonpiloot works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer. There's nothing to install.
Which features are in Starter?
Starter has online booking and a calendar, point of sale, client profiles, reminders by email and text message, deposits via iDEAL, reviews, client import and your own website on yoursalon.salonpiloot.nl. Professional adds the AI receptionist, the loyalty programme, gift cards, your own domain name, WhatsApp and reports. During your trial, messages go by email; text messages and WhatsApp switch on once your subscription runs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. A bigger plan works straight away; the new price applies from your next payment, without proration. A smaller plan starts at the end of your period.
Will there be more features?
Yes, Salonpiloot keeps being developed. We don't promise features or dates in advance: this page only shows what exists today.
